6. Shop und Bestellungen

6.2 Rechnungsdaten
Für steuerrechtliche Zwecke sind wir verpflichtet, Rechnungsdaten (Name, Adresse, bestellte Produkte, Preise, Steuern) für 10 Jahre aufzubewahren (§ 147 AO). Diese Aufbewahrungspflicht hat Vorrang vor einem Löschungsanspruch.
