§1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop between the provider Medlab Guide, Paul-Lincke-Straße 1, 38442 Wolfsburg, Germany, email: info@medlabguide.com, and the customer.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction predominantly for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession.
§2 Subject matter of the contract
The subject matter of the contract is the sale of dietary supplements, vitamins, and supplements. All products are freely marketable foods and do not replace a balanced diet.
§3 Conclusion of contract
Product presentation does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is formed upon order confirmation or dispatch of the goods.
§4 Prices & payment
All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is made via Stripe (payment link), credit/debit card, PayPal, or Klarna.
§5 Delivery & shipping
Shipping is from Germany via UPS.
Delivery times:
Germany: 1–3 business days
EU: 3–5 business days
Orders are processed on business days within 24–48 hours. Delivery times may vary due to logistics or third-party providers.
§6 Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been received.
§7 Right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal applies as set out in the withdrawal policy (Widerrufsbelehrung).
§8 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires for sealed dietary supplements if the seal has been removed after delivery.
§9 Returns
Returns are only possible in original condition and within the statutory period. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
§10 Product information
Dietary supplements do not replace a balanced diet.
No therapeutic or curative claims are made.

§12 Availability
All offers are valid only while stocks last.
§13 Third-party providers
Payment and shipping are partly handled by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, UPS). Their terms also apply in addition.

Our privacy policy applies in accordance with the GDPR.
§15 Final provisions
German law applies.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
